Jim WIner | RA, LEED

Jim brings extensive experience as a project architect and designer across a diverse range of project types, including educational, religious, athletic, institutional, and custom residential work. His expertise spans design, programming, planning, new construction, historic restoration, adaptive reuse, and interior architecture.

Before founding Make3, Jim was a founding principal of Menefee + Winer, established in 1992. Prior to that, he served as a lead project designer at Jova/Daniels/Busby Architects, where he contributed to numerous high-profile projects.

In addition to his professional practice, Jim is actively engaged in architectural education. He regularly serves as a studio critic at Georgia Tech and has participated as a juror for AIA design awards.

Costanze eckstein | LEED AP

Constanze brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to every phase of the design and construction process. With experience spanning projects of all types, scales, and complexities, she plays a vital role in shaping both the creative and technical direction of the team’s work.

In addition to her role as an intern architect, Constanze leads the firm’s sustainability efforts as LEED administrator. She successfully managed the LEED-NC certification process for the Menefee + Winer office, which achieved its target of LEED-NC Silver in 2007—a testament to her commitment to environmentally responsible design.

Her work reflects a balance of precision and purpose, ensuring that each project is not only beautifully designed but also thoughtfully executed and sustainably built.

With over a decade of experience, Janice brings a refined eye and a steady hand to every phase of design and project management. Her portfolio spans renovations and new construction across university campuses, commercial spaces, and high-end custom residences—each project marked by her attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Janice’s passion for interiors has evolved into a specialty, where she demonstrates an exceptional sensitivity to client preferences and lifestyle needs. Her deep knowledge of design trends, materials, finishes, and furnishings makes her an invaluable resource for both clients and the Make3 team. She also curates and oversees the firm’s design library, ensuring every project is supported by the latest and most inspiring resources.
